chapter 10
~Liam’s pov~
Niall was awful after Omega got taken away. He wouldn’t stop crying. He stood up and mumbled, ‘I’m going after her.’ So we followed, a few paces behind him.
“Do you think she’ll live?” Louis asked.
“Hard to tell.” Zayn and Harry answered. Silence.
~Nialls pov~ (again)
The receptionist recognized me and so I went straight to her. “I’m looking for Omega Clark.” I informed her and she told me to go down the hall.
“She is out of surgery now. That’s all I know.” I ran quickly and I could hear the boys’ foot steps behind me. On a bed there was a sign reading ‘Omega Clark’ and I sprinted to it. I opened the curtain slightly and see her there. Eyes opened a little; breathing deeply and alive. Alive, such a happy word at this moment.
“Niall? Is…Is that you?” She asked breathlessly, and I walked towards her. Carefully sitting on the chair I replied,
“Yes it’s me. Don’t cry. You’re alright. Everything is okay.” The other boys quietly sneaked in and crowded around us.
“My head hurts.” She moaned and I took her hand.
“The nurse said she can go home tomorrow. She has had stitches and has a cast on her leg. So she is good to go in a couple hours, really!” Harry said, grinning.
