Chapter 5: the call
One week later:
It had been a week since me and Niall's lunch date. We always texted but him and the band were recording for their new album so we didn't have anytime to hang out. Anyways I was just laying on my bed scrolling though facebook on my MacBook when I felt my phone vibrate when Niall's name popped up I felt my heart skip a beat. Wow I really am falling for the blonde Irish boy.
from Niall:
hey babe just got done recording can I come over I miss u!! Xx
to Niall:
Ya that's fine I'm in my room call when you get here!! xx
Yay! Finally I get to see him. I sat my phone back down and kept scrolling through facebook finding nothing interesting. When my phone began to vibrate I expected it to be Niall but it was actually a private number. I hesitated to answered it but I went ahead and tapped he answer button.
"Hey babe" said a deep voice I knew it couldn't have been Niall but I thought I regconized it...
"who is this" I answered and i heard was a deep throaty laugh that made me cringe.
"aww come on you know the one who loves you. Don't tell me you forgot?!" "I'll have to hurt you!"
No no no!! This can not be happening its him, Zack, the ne who beat me shitless and left me there to die.
i immediately hung up I was so scared tears streaming down my face I couldn't even think. I heard some one knock but I couldn't move I was frozen up against the side of my bed my knees up to my chest.
The knocking stooped but I heard a grunt and then I saw Niall climb in my window running over to my putting his arms around me saying,
"It's ok I'm here" "What's wrong princess, please talk to me"
I finally found the strength to tilt my head up and open my mouth and say " It was him he called he said he would hurt me.." Only coming out in a whisper.
Niall had tears pouring out of his eyes I brought my had up to wipe them but he stood up angrily. He remembered, I had told him about my ex who abused me. Niall was so angry I heard him mumbling to himself then storm out my door down the stairs I heard the front door open and close the his car drive off down the road screeching as he turned.
