Up all night
chapter 15
~Corins pov~
When I look at Bree I see a beautiful with snow white skin and bright red lips. I know she is my soul mate. I love her so much and I am thankful to the Volturi for allowing her to join us. When I and Bree had kissed yesterday, it was sparks of the sun itself. I could stare at those beautiful crimson eyes forever. Jane did her usual greeting with Bree and then a handshake for me. Aro stood up and walked to Bree with arms folded. I heard Bree gulp and take small steps away from the Volturi. Jane eyes were wide with shock. “Aro! What are you doing?” Marcus questioned
“A young vampire came and spoke to me last night. This vampire has a grudge against Bree. A very believable one too. Bree, is it true that you that you came to us because you respected us? Or is it because you wanted to live?”
“Master, my answer is both.” Bree whispered
“We young lady do not have the time for silly little riddles! You are a liar and you do not have the right to live with us royal leaders!” Caius exploded.
“She is innocent! Aro you cannot kill Bree! She is a sister to me and you know that! Think of the grieving Corin will go through. Lord Aro you must not take Brees’ life!” Jane defended Bree.
“You do not get a say in this Jane, nor does Corin or Felix or Marcus or even Caius. The decision has been made. Demetri, kill her.” Aro ordered and seconds after Brees’ head was on the floor, flickers of flames already started to burn it.
“NO!” I screeched at the top of my lungs, “Aro you evil coward! I will never forgive you or you, Demetri! I wish to leave the Volturi and if I can’t then I will make a show of us. All over the country, then Felix will hunt me down if he wishes.” I ripped my cloak off and ran as full speed out of the hall. I could hear Jane, Felix and Marcus coming after me. “Go away!” I hissed.
“We are on your side. We agree with you and have decided to leave the Volturi too,” Marcus said.
“Don’t be ridiculous! Marcus you can’t leave Aro and Caius! They need you!”
“Corin I’m only for show. The only thing that kept me there was Chelseas’ power,” Marcus confessed.
“Whatever, you’re only gonna end up dead.” I mumbled as another person came to join us. “Fantastic!” I said sarcastically.
“Wow, maybe I should go back and agree to kill your life!” Demetri replied seriously.
“Na, it’s cool. Sorry Demetri,” I murmured too fast for human ears.
“Now that we can’t get hunted down, where do we go now?” Felix asked, speaking for the first time in one minute.
“Anywhere but here! Maybe Alaska would be good, but we may have to survive on animal blood. It’s more nutritious than you think.” I explained, bored of the situation. Flickers of Brees’ face ran over my eyes, making it all most impossible to see. I ran to the side of the road and sat down, whimpering tearless.
