The next day.
Scarlett's p.o.v.
I woke feeling really awkward I needed to tell Louis today. I got out of my bed heading for the kitchen putting water in the kettle and setting it on the stove. As I did so I heard Louis come out of his room and sit on the counter.
"Good morning!" He smiled.
"Good morning!" I smiled back.
"So how was your date with Harry last night?" He asked. I felt myself about to stutter I quickly swallowed before answering.
"Fine. How about you and Eleanor?" I asked not really wanting to here the answer.
"Honestly amazing! I didn't want to tell you this last night but El and I have actually been dating for awhile now and I kind of asked her to marry me she said yes!" Louis said in a whisper. My breath hitched in my throat. Tears were threating to spill.
"WHAT? And you didn't tell me? Your best friend?" I shouted.
"Scar I wasn't certain is was going to last!" He said back.
"Okay how long have you guys been dating?" I questioned.
"8 months!" Louis said underneath his breath.
"I CAN'T FUCKING BELIEVE YOU!" I shouted with a jump as the kettle went of behind me. I ran straight for my bedroom slamming and locking the door. Letting all the tears spill as I slid down the door.
"Scar please open the door! I know I should have told you I was just scared please Scarlett!" I sat there for what felt like hours until he stopped. I reached grabbing my phone dialing the one person I knew would make me feel better.
"Hello love!" He said with a husky voice.
"Hey Harry can we go for a coffee I really need to talk!" I said with a sniffle.
"Of course babe! Is everything alright?" He questioned.
"I'm not sure but wait outside the fire escape that's were I'll be coming out!" With those words we hung up.

I jumped up changing into some clothes and quickly doing my make up and hair.
After I was done I got a text from Harry telling me he was here anw waitng. So I grabbed my purse sliding out onto the fire escape climbing down all the steps. When I reached the ground a very concerned Harry looking at me.
"What happened love?" He asked. I felt tears stinging in my eyes when he wrapped his arms around me.
"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to!" He whispered in my ear. I pulled away looking into his eyes.
"No its fine lets just walk to Starbucks and talk about it okay?" I said.
"Sounds good!" He said. We started walking so I started to talk.
"Well you know how we had our talk and everything last night about telling Louis! Well I planned on it today but when we got up this morning he told me he has been dating Eleanor for 8 months now and he popped the question last night!" I said fiddling with my fingers letting the tears slip my eyes. Harry stopped dead in his tracks giving me the biggest hug and kissed my forehead.
"I'm so sorry Scareltt!" He said wiping my tears away with his thumb.
"Its whatever right?" I said through sniffles.
"No it's not whatever Scarlett you need to tell him still! I know it's hard but I know he loves you!" Harry said cupping my face.
"Well were really not on speaking terms right now!" I said.
"Come on forget coffee were going back to your flat!" Before I could object Harry grabbed my hand leading me towards my flat. When we go there I was super nervous. I opened the door to find nobody there I went and knocked on Louis's door no answer. I opened the door no Louis in there either. I walked back out to the kitchen to see Harry in the kitchen making tea.
"No tea for until you tell him!" He demanded. I looked around one last time.
"He's not here." I said in a whisper. Where could he have gone? Did I over react? I was pushing him into Eleanor's arms wasn't I?
