Hate Breaks Us Apart
Left Behind
Louis's POV:
I held my daughter and we watched Amands head towards the door. When she pulled it open, she looked back. I could tell she wanted to say something. She didnt. She couldn't. She just looked ahead, and moved through the door.
I held back tears. I had told her not to cry. We couldn't just keep crying over one another. Tears wouldn't bring her bak faster. 3 years. I had 3 years.
We had decided that until Amanda returned, I would have full custody of Macey. Riley would come by at least once a week to check in. At least I had 3 years with my daughter. We had already packed her things, so we headed home after bidding Riley goodbye.
Once Macey was unpacked, I left her with the boys in the living room, and moved into my bedroom. I flopped onto the bed. I didnt want to be around anyone. The door soon opened. Harry walked in cautiously.
"Hey man." He said, and saw the tears dripping down my face. "Shes gone. For 3 years." I said. He moved across the room. "You need to get out. For a fun night!" He said, rubbing my back.
"Tonight?" I asked. It had been less than a day. I didnt want to go out. I wanted to sleep. "Yeah! You get ready, we'll find a sitter. Then we'll hit the clubs!!" Exclaimed Harry. He was out the door before I could protest.
I sighed. He was right. Maybe I did need to party. I got up and changed. In an hour we were all ready, and drove off to the nearest club. Since we are celebrities, we got to skip the line. That's one of the few good things of being known every where you go.
In the next hours I got drunk like you wouldn't believe. I don't remember much, but dancing and doing shots. Then it all became this black blur.
I woke up to a pounding head ache. The bright light coming in from the window hurt my eyes, and I sat up. Suddenly I realized there was a girl sleeping beside me. Did Amanda come back? That was my immediate thought.
I smiled, and brushed the hair from her face. Suddenly my heart froze, and I toppled from bed. That girl wasnt Amanda.
