Liam’s p.o.v

“that wasn’t fair” I said sitting on one of the rocks close to the river.

“you never said I couldn’t use my power” Louis said sitting next to me.

“this feels so weird how did you just get on with it I mean I can smell blood I think it’s El’s or Emma’s I’m not sure but I can smell it still, how did you manage to hide it and just act normal around us?” I asked.

“I don’t know to be honest I just knew I didn’t want to hurt any of you on top of that I had no real erg to drink any of you blood there was only certain times that if you got close I was uncomfortable but I always thought to myself ‘you will hate yourself if you hurt any of them’,’ you can’t hurt them they are you friends’” Louis said.

“thinking back to when you actually were turned you disappeared for a few days and you were often quiet and in your own world was it because of this?” I asked.

“yeah I was always thinking about everything and I was always thinking long term like will this work, will I have to leave and so on” he said.

“what about when you first saw your family after you were turned what happened?” I asked.

“nothing bad happened I remember I turned up on the step and I rang the bell but being a vampire I have to be invited in and it took some convincing for my mum to actually say the words come in, but apart from that my family they often pointed things out like I was awfully pale, I look different, or I was acting different but in my defense I just needed to hunt and I was so thirsty but I pushed it back and tried to engage in conversation and it was really hard but last time I visited they didn’t mention anything my sisters often push at the fact that I barely eat and they always ponder to reasons why I don’t eat trying to find out the reason but you know they’re just worried” he said.

“the one thing I’m worrying about is leaving my family, like never being able to see them again” I said.

“I know it’s going to be so hard I don’t even know how we’re going to pull off our own deaths I mean the five of us how will that work I mean won’t people become suspicious, I mean we could do something like maybe like at the end of this year I pull the death thing, then maybe the next Harry could pull the death since people would become suspicious of him since we were turned around the same time you and Niall have longer amount of time than the rest of us since Harry and I were the first you can see that you and Niall have both grown up a bit this year already whilst Harry and I have barely changed apart from our styles and hair but you know what I mean right?” he asked.

“yeah I know you have a year or two less than Niall and I it’s going to be hard I mean where are we going to go or hide?” I asked.

“probably here I mean no one knows we’re here” he said.

“come on Li lets go back now” Louis said standing up.

“can we run?” I asked.

“of course” Louis said running off I shook my head smiling and ran off when I arrived at the house Louis caught me as I almost fell.

“We defiantly need to work on your stopping” Louis said he walked into the house and I followed only to stop at the door.

“Lou!” I shouted Louis came back and muttered something under his breath.

“Zayn!” Louis shouted and Zayn came down the stairs but as I sniffed I could smell the scent of dog.

“Zayn is that you the smell?” I questioned.

“yeah Li it is” Louis said.

“Liam you can come in” Zayn said and I walked through the door.

“that will happen a lot?” I asked.

“yeah” he said.

“Louis the smell of blood” I said.

“Harry!”Louis shouted and Harry came down but the smell of blood got stronger and I knew I couldn’t control it I tried to run to the source but Louis grabbed my hands behind my back.

“take his smell away” Louis said something happened and I couldn’t smell it any more.

“what the-“

“Harry took you scense of smell away it’s only temporary but next time you need to try and ignore it and think of over things ok?” Louis said and I nodded.

“thanks Harry” Louis said.

“so Li how you liking this vampire thing?” Harry asked.

“it’s ok apart from the blood thing” I said.

“don’t worry Li it get’s easier” Harry said walking away.

The rest of the week flew over and everyday I was learning something different I even hunted for the first time but only on an animal since we live on blood bags now Louis has been my main mentor but Harry has been stepping in whenever I get out of control and Louis can’t do anything so Harry will take my sense of smell away which is very odd but at the same time a life savor I don’t know what I would do if I killed El or Emma but I do know what Harry and Louis would do they would kill me.

“ I had managed to stop properly when I run I even climbed a really tall tree which was cool and the river has become my sanctuary If I feel over whelmed by this and worked up over it I go their to relax and calm down, my emotions are all over the place from the change and Zayn unfortunately experienced my temper the other day where I ended up taking his arm and I put it behind his back dislocating it and breaking it in several places.

Ally also became a vampire and wow she is amazing as a vampire she’s so much more confident and out going she’s much more passionate as well we’ve both been really close to each other even though we’re both in training but our relationship is stronger, Louis is taking me out to the closest town at the end of this week to put me to the test to see if I can handle my blood lust which has been going great I’m already on 3 blood bags a day which I have one in the morning one at lunch and one at dinner I can handle being around both Emma and Ally but not for long.

El has started to become more worried lately since it’s less than a month until she becomes a vampire but Louis is reassuring her and I have been questioned a lot by her asking what it’s like and how hard it is which isn’t very, well most of the time the only times I find it hard are when i’m thirsty and i can smell and hear the blood being pumped around the bodies.
