"Thanks Victoria you really are a great assistant I couldn't ask for more!"said my boss well of course he said that he had only hired me a few weeks ago and I must say, it's the worst job I've ever had. No doubt about it! "Well sir... I wanted to talk to you about that." I said shyly "About what?" He asked " Well you see, I haven't really found my feet here ... And I don't think I ever will." I stated it was definitely taking a lot of courage to say this " So sir I would like to inform you of my immediate resignation" I still do like to use fancy words " Well Victoria I will let you collect your things and may today be your last day I wish you luck in your next job, but I must admit this is a bit sudden I mean I was definitely not expecting that you would quit after such a short time working for me"
I couldn't be around him anymore he seemed nice at first but his remarks always seemed sarcastic or rude and I just didn't want to have to deal with him anymore. Walking back to my now ex-office I started to wonder if what I did was really such a good idea... Would I ever find such a well paying job that I actually liked? Well I guess we'll find out. I grabbed my things and got into my car and just before I started the engine my phone rang *1D ringtone* " I really need to change my ringtone what if people hear it in public?!" I answer "Hello?" "Hey Vicky it's Lexi I was wandering if you wanted to do something tonight?" "Of course, and I wanted to tell you um... I just quit my job the boss was terrible ,so tonight I need to PAR-TAY!!" "Ok I'll pick you up in an hour."
"Perfect!" "See ya later alligator" "In a while crocodile" we both laughed and I hung up I was off to get ready for my first real night of partying in months!
