Last First Kiss
Chapter 9
"Umm...Harry, you want something to eat?" My heart started to beat so fast.
"Yes I'd love some dinner, you know since we didn't get to have our date because Niall went to the hospital." He slowly turned to Niall giving him a fake smile.
Harry reaches out to get some vegetables, his hand bumped into Nialls sprained arm.
"Whoops sorry mate, didn't see you there." Harry looked down with a smirk on his face.
Niall heavily breathed in pain. We continued to eat, I managed to miss my mouth with my meal, I couldn't stop looking at Harry knowing he would do something to Niall anytime soon. But all Niall could do was laugh at silly I looked while eating.
Harry started to annoy Niall, he started to poke his bruises saying.
"Whoah what's this?" I couldn't take it anymore, I pushed my chair back standing up.
"Harry! Stop, just stop it. Okay, go away! What's the deal anyway. It's your fault he has bruises, it's your fault he went to the hospital, and it's your fault that I love him." I stopped, my eyes widened. Did I really just say that?
Harry stood up with his hands on the sides of his plate looking at the table.
"I'll- ummm I'll be in my room." Harry whispered.
Niall looked at me blushing.
"Is-is that true? Y-you love me!"
"Well, umm..." I paused not knowing what to say, hoping Harry wouldn't hear. "Ya, I guess I do love you."
Niall's POV
I had no idea Emma had felt this way, it gave me butterflies till we finished our dinner. I stood up and started to walk on the opposite side of the table sitting on a chair next to her. I leaned into her, I kissed her on the lips pulling back while I bit my lip. She looked at me while blushing, I heard a door creak shut knowing Harry saw my risky move.
It was 11:30, Emma stood up walking to my bedroom.
"I think we should go to bed." She whispered.
I struggled to get up, walking to my room I saw Emma curled up in a ball under the covers. I crawled in next to her, playing with her hair I waited for to fall asleep so that I could. I figured she had fallen asleep, I stopped playing with her hair and put my arm around her waist.
"I love you." I said in her ear.
