Last First Kiss
Chapter 24
Niall's POV
I knew Harry knew I wanted him out of the picture, as we sat down to eat breakfast Emma was still in the bathroom.
"Harry?" I felt a little nervous.
"Ya mate?"
"I want you to stay away from Emma, I can tell you have feelings for her but she's mine. I love her and I just wanted you to know."
"Alright, even though I had her first I guess she yours." He joked, I could tell he was hurt.
Emma walked in fully dressed for today. She took a seat between Harry and I, I wasn't sure why. Did she like him? Does she not want to tell me? So many negative thoughts went theough my head.
She grabbed a waffle and started to munch on it. Her eyes opened and she turned to Harry.
"Oh my god! This is amazing, did you make this?" She covered her mouth as there was still food in it.
"Nope, Niall did." He winked at me as Emma turned to face me. I didn't make them?
"Well I love them!" She gave me a kiss on the cheek as she swallowed her food. My cheeks turned red as I knew she was still mine.
Harry and I grabbed some waffles and gulped them down. They were pretty good waffles for Harry's cooking that is. I walked to my room and got dressed.
I opened thw door and walked over to the couch and grabbed a seat next to Emma. We were watching some reality show, and boy was it interesting!
"Here pick what ever you want." She handed me the romote and I got out some movies from the cabinet.
"What do you wanna watch." I passed her some movies.
She looked through them and her eyes lit up as she pulled out the movie Chucky. "How about this for tonight?"
"Uhh, sure?" I was confused, why tonight?
She put down the movie and grabbed my hand. "I want to take you somewhere." she grabbed her purse and we were off.
"So were are we going?" I asked as we walked down and grabbed a taxi.
"It's a surprise!" She leaned in and whispered to the taxi driver the directions.
About 20 minutes later we arrived at a fair. I pulled out my wallet and paid the driver before Emma could even find hers. She gave me a smile and got out of the car.
"I hear this is the best fair in town." she told me.
We walked up the fair and Emma handed the man our tickets. As we got in Emma rushed to the 'hit the pins with the ball' game.
"That stuffed dolphins is mine." She assured me. She pulled out her wallet and handed the man 3 dollars for 3 balls. Her first try was a success with hitting one pin. Her second missed my an inch. I held her hand with the ball in it directing her on how to hit it.
"You have to keep your eye on this pin." I whispered as my other hand was wrapped around her waist. "Curve you wrist like this and let go, with force obviously." We threw the ball together and hit the pin.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She gave me a hug as the man asked her for which stuffed animal. "The dolphin please!" She smiled at me and the man handed her the dolphin.
We walked to the ticket booth and got some tickets for the bumper cars, the roller coaster, the ferist wheel, and the carousel. We got to the bumpers cars and Emma hit me about 100 times. We laughed every time we hit each other as I played like she hurt me when we hit.
Next was the roller coaster, she screamed the whole way with her hands up, it was too funny and cute. As we were riding up she held on to the arm as she buried her face in my shoulder. As we rode down she quickly raised up her hands.
Next was the carousel, she ran to the tiger as I got on the elephant next to her. As we rode around our hands never let go, we leaned in as I kissed her on the nose.
As we got off we went over to a game. I gave the man a dollar as he handed me the hammer. I hit the game as the ball shot up and almost reached to the bell.
"Thats aright son, you still get to pick out one of the second largest prizes." The man shouted, I looked at Emma queing her to pick.
Emma's POV
"I will have the teddy be-" I was cut off by a voice behind me.
"Please, I could do better then that." I turned around and saw tall boy with brown hair and brown eyes. He gave me a smirk as he handed a dollar to the worker and won the game. "You pick honey." He winked at me.
I held Nialls hand, I was so scared. "Can I just have the teddy bear from his winning." I pointed at Niall.
"So this is the loser your with? Baby you could do so much better with a body like that." He laughed as he pushed Niall. "The names Brody, and you are..." He looked at me.
"Get away from him!" I shouted. I tried to pull him away from Niall, but he wouldn't budge. "Don't hurt him!" I begged.
"Please. You don't need him!" He grabbed the front of Niall's shirt.
"Niall!" I screamed. I was confused on how he didn't know who he was as I tried to pull Brody's arms.
"So Niall's the name?" Just then a girl screamed as she stared at Niall. Brody looked at the girl and Niall hit him right in the eye.
He let go of Niall as we ran away from the Brody and the girl. I gave Niall a hat hoping that no one would noticed him that way. He adjusted it as we ran while I was holding my dolphin. I was to scared to get my teddy bear. We arrived at the ferist wheel and got on right away.
I set down my dolphin and we rode up. The sky was beatiful, it was getting dark and the fireworks where about to start.
"Niall, that was really brave what you did." I grabbed his hand.
"Thanks." He started to blush. "But I know someone probably got it on video." He looked down disappointed with himself.
"Don't worry Ni, who would happen to take a video of that?"
"I guess your right." He lifted his head up while taking off his snapback. The next thing I knew we were at the top of the ferist wheel. "Emma?"
"Ya Niall?" It was dark but his face little up as usual.
"I love you."
"I love you to Niall." We leaned in holding each others hands till our lips met. The first firework went off, it was magical. I felt like all our troubles disappeared, we were the only people right now and we were ment to be. He put his hand on my thigh as he leaned in more. As we let go all I could see was Niall. The fireworks where going off and it was beautiful.
"Aren't they the most beautiful things Ni?"
"Second most." He whispered as he grabbed my hand.
