She looks so cute when she sleeps.
My phone buzzing in my pocket interrupted my thoughts.

Where are you Harry? The paps are reporting you’re at a hosp.

Harry
A girl literally ran into me last night. She was bloody and looked beaten. So, I brought her to the hosp.

I put my phone back in my pocket and looked back up at her cute cheeks. She has quite chubby cheeks, but it sure makes for a cheeky smile. Well, the few smiles I’ve seen from her have been cheeky. I look down at her wrist and see the bright blue cast and it causes me to wince. How does someone do such a thing to such a beauty? She began to wake up.

~ Dani’s POV ~
Is someone staring at me? I opened my eyes to see Harry looking at my wrist. Holy shit, it hurts.

“How long have I been asleep?”

“It’s about 3:00 PM. Avery gave you the pain pills around 11:00 so around four hours, but she thinks you fainted due to the pain not the pills. How’re you feeling by the way?” His British accent filled my ears. It was so pleasant to hear his voice in real life.

“I’m in quite a bit of pain still. I didn’t think it was really broken.” Harry moved the chair he was sitting in closer to my bed.

“Avery said it was fractured before he came. He just broke it all the way through.” I looked down at my cast noticing it was blue.

“At least it’s my favorite color.”

“She also said you would be pissed if it was any other color.” He chuckled and flipped his head to remove the hair from his face.

“She’s right. When do I get to leave?” I asked as I propped myself up. Harry being quick to assist me as he could see I was struggling trying not to use my right arm. His warm touch sent goose bumps up my arm. I quickly pulled away. “I’m sorry.” I said. You’re sorry? Sorry for what…Harry Styles just touched you.

“You’re fine, are you comfortable?” I shook my head with reassurance. “You can leave when you want. But Avery said you live with him. So, I don’t think you should go back.” Clearly, Harry.

“I need my all of my things, but I also have nowhere else to stay.” His cheeks lifted with these words. Oh no. Oh no, no, no.

“I have a flat here in New York. You’re welcome to stay there. I will also be staying there, but we’re doing loads of promotion here for the new album. The boys will occasionally stay as well.” He said with excitement.

“I couldn’t impose. I can always stay at um, Avery’s! Avery has a couch!” I said nodding my head trying to make myself believe that’s what I wanted.

“Avery agreed with me that you should stay somewhere he can’t find you, if does come looking.” OF COURSE. Of course Avery agreed, but they do have a point, because he will eventually come and find me.

“I understand that makes sense. I wouldn’t want her more involved than she is, but I don’t want you more involved either.” He rolled his eyes as I finished my sentence.

“Well, when you passed out he tried to come back in your room. And I told him plain as day that I plan on taking care of you. I told him I will take you the “slut” and proudly hide her from a moron like him. So, I made myself more involved.” I felt dizzy. Was it the medicine? Was it some kind of sick joke? Am I being Punk’d? Holy cow. I don’t even care he jokingly called me a slut.

“You. You, said that. Said that to him?” I can’t even speak in full sentences. Jesus Christ.

“Yes. I can’t leave you unprotected. Something aligned to allow you to stumble into my life and I don’t think it’s right to push you away.” Harry said looking up from the ground at me.

I know this is slow progression, but it picks up when the boys come into play!
