Marie liked the feeling of her and Zayn's fingers intertwined. She squeezed his hand slightly as they were walking and he glanced at her, giving a slight smirk, squeezing back. They got to the stoplight where they were supposed to cross the street to the mall when Marie heard an ear-peircing shriek. Marie winced and looked around, wooried something might have happened when a group of young teenage girls ran over, immediately cringing at Marie but smiling happily at Zayn. Zayn frowned and let go of Marie's hand to sign autographs. She grimaced and crosses her arms, glancing down at the ground. Zayn got done and the girls were happily fangirling. Zayn immediately took ahold of Marie's hand again, making her smile. He smirked back and before the young girls could say a word, ran across the street with a laughing Marie, toward the mall. He pulled her inside, smiling and spun her around to face him. She spun and landed on his chest. Marie blushed slightly and glanced up at Zayn. "You're beautiful, you know that?" Zayn smirked at her. Marie pushed her long bang out of her face, "Well, not really.." Zayn laughed slightly, "You need to learn how to take a compliment." Marie shrugged, "It's just my way." Zayn smiled, "By the way.... are you ticklish?" Marie raised her eyebrow and slunk backwards, prepared to run, "Well, no...." she started running when Zayn grabbed her around the waist and started tickling her stomach, "N-no!!!" Marie was giggling and snorting, making Zayn laugh more than he already was. His laugh. Marie loved it so much, it sounded like music. Wait, was that weird? Probably. Zayn stopped laughing, "You have an adorable laugh!" Marie snorted again, this time covering up her mouth, "I do not!!!" Zayn lowered her hand and smirked, "I don't lie, you know. Especially when I'm in the presence of a beautiful girl." Marie blushed, "I-" She was cut off by some of the softest lips she had ever felt against her own.
