Chapter Seventeen
Liam’s POV Continued
As I followed Megan into her room and sat down onto her bed. I just stood there for a second looking at the wall. “Liam, is everything okay” I heard her voice say to me. When I heard her say I looked her with a half smile. And then started to try and say what I wanted to tell her. “Meg..Megann there is something I need to tell you.” I finally let out.
Megan: Yes what is Liam? Giving a concerned face
Me: Well I heard you and Niall talking earlier and I don’t it made me think a little. Staring at Megan in the eyes. Megan I know you have feelings for Harry and I don’t like that you do because he hurt twice. And I just don’t want my best friend to get hurt again.
Megan: Liamm…I really don’t want to talk about this..looking at the floor and fooling with the bed sheets
Me: Please Megan let me finish…sitting down on the bed next to her Look I probably should have told you this a long time ago like when we first met but I didn’t. I wish I did though because you wouldn’t have gotten hurt twice. I just want to say is that I wish you were with me. I like you Megan. I have feelings for you Megan.
Megan: laughs a little Ohh Liam you are funny. I’ve kinda thought that for the time we have known each other but I just didn’t know for sure.I always thought you had feelings for me. But honestly Liam you are a great friend and I just want us to be best friends. I don’t want to lose my best friend. Leans in and gives him a hug.
As Megan and I just sat there on her bed not saying much I really did not know what to do. So I just got up and made my way back downstairs to kitchen to find something to eat. I just had a feeling she just wanted to be alone right now.
Megan’s POV
As I was just sitting there listening to Liam I wasn’t very surprised by what he said because I had a feeling that’s what he was going to say that. I do have feelings for him but he is my best friend and I wouldn’t want anything to happen our relationship that we have built up. I couldn’t ask for a better best friend. He is always there for me when I need him. I feel like he wants more though. Like he wants us to date. But do I really want that because I still have feelings for Harry.
Knock Knock Knock
Me: Come In..looking at the door as it slowly opened up to see who it was. It was Harry.
Harry: Hi megan..can we talk? Saying nervously
Me: Yes, I think we should Harry. We haven’t really had a serious conversation in awhile.
Harry: I know its all my fault. I keep messing up Megan. You are the only one that can keep me straight and on top of my game. I really do miss you and I want you back. But I know you don’t want me back. I’m sorry Megan for everything I have done. I just miss you and want you back. Grabbing her hands holding them and scooting in closer to her
Me: Harry, I accept your apology said with a smile and I do honestly miss you but…
As I was getting to say more he leaned in closer to me and kissed me. I didn’t let him stop though because something told me not to push him away. I do have to say I missed how he kissed me.
