The New Girl
Chapter Fifteen
-JOEYS POV-
As I ran out I could hear someone calling my name behind me. It was probably Harry but I wasn’t gonna stop and find out. I took off my heels and threw in the bushes as I took off running. I didn’t want him catching up to me. I was so glad that my mom made me take track in my middle school years because I lost him after a while. I didn’t realize how far I had run until I saw my school right across the street. The school is about 7 miles from El’s house. Wow, Had I seriously run that far? I was so tired from running and I didn’t know where to go. I walked to go to my favorite place in the city and layed in the grass under a tree until I fell asleep.
-HARRYS POV-
Holy Crap she was fast for an artist. I gave up after about a mile and went back to the house. Everyone looked worried, especially Zayn. He was pacing back and forth…….until he saw me. “What the hell did you do?!” he screamed at me. I deserved him to scream. He kept screaming at me but I wasn’t really listening. I was really worried because its almost 2 in the morning and she is probably wandering around London. What if someone kidnaps her or something.
“I GET THAT YOU’RE UPSET ZAYN BUT DON’T YOU THINK WE SHOULD FIND HER BEFORE I GET THE FREAKING LECTURE?!” I screamed at him. Uh oh. What did I just do. I Start thinking over possibilities that might happen next when zayn Punches me square in the face. Yup that was one of the possibilities in mind. I think as I black out.
-ZAYNS POV-
“ZAYN!” Perrie yells from the other room as she sees harry crumple to the ground. I stomp into the other room and grab my keys. I head for the door to look for Joey.
“Ahem.” Liam says as I turn around.
“What?” I snap.
“We’re coming to too.” The rest of the boys say except for Harry.
“Fine but we need to split up to find her. Girls do you think you can watch over harry?” I say seeing him still unconscious on the ground.
“Yes! Go hurry! Find her!” Eleanor yells at us. We all nod and head for our cars to look around London. I hope she is okay. I start with the back ways of London while Louis and Niall Look among the streets and Liam Looks through the neighborhood. After about an hour of looking we all meet up in the center of the city.
“Anyone found her yet?” I ask nervously.
“No” They all shake their heads.
“What’s someplace none of us have looked?” I ask them and they all shrug.
“Did she ever tell any of you about some certain place that makes her happy when she is sad or has a good memory of?” Louis asks us.
“Lad, she has only been here like two weeks. I don’t think she has a happy place yet.” Niall explains to him.
My Face Lighten up and a huge grin makes its way my face.
“What?!” They all ask me clearly frustrated.
“I KNOW WHERE SHE IS!!” I yell.
“WHERE!?” Liam asked excitedly.
“The river!” I tell them.
“Zayn why would she be at the river?” Niall asked me looking confused.
“That’s why had her first date with Harry Lad! She told me that she goes to the river whenever her parents are arguing or if she is having a bad day because it makes her happy! Come on!” I yell at them to hurry as I jump in my car. I don’t know why I didn’t think of it sooner.

AS we all pull up to the river bank we all stop and get out of our cars.
“Lads! I see her laying down next to the water!” Niall points out.
“Louis you’re a genius!” I say as I kiss his cheek.
“Mates! No time for bromance! We have a couple of worried girlfriends at home!” Liam tells us.
We all walk down and sit around her. We all started to tickle her to wake her up.
“Wakey Wakey!!!” I yell.
“With Eggs Bakey!!” Niall yells after me. I can’t help but chuckle at Niall’s food comment. She sits up.
“Well goodmorning Ms.Parker.” Liam Says.
“Hi..” She says in barley a whisper. Her makeup looked like it had a marathon on her face and her eyes were bright red and puffy. She stands up and gives us all a hug. I was last and I whispered in her ear as she was hugging me.
“We were so worried.” I tell her.
“Can you take me home please.” She asks in a quiet voice.
“Sure love.” I say as she gets in my car.
“Lads I’m taking her home. If Perrie asks I will be back soon.” I tell them. They nod in agreement as I climb in the driver seat. She didn’t talk the whole way home and every once in a while, I would look over to see one lone tear roll down her cheek.

-JOEYS POV-
I slept all day Saturday and Sunday. Perrie, El, and Dani came and checked on me a couple times. Zayn came over last night because my mom told him I wasn’t eating. He got me to eat dinner and he sat with me and tried to cheer me up. It didn’t work. I only speak when spoken to and I haven’t spoken to my dad in 4 days. I woke up with tear stains on my cheeks because I cried myself to sleep again last night. I took a shower and got dressed in my most comfy pants and my favorite sweatshirt. I put my hair in a messy bun and I wore water proof mascara so it won’t run if I have an urge to cry at any point of the day. I also brought a pair of sunglasses with me so if I do end up crying I can just wear them to hide it. (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=89184531 ).
When I got to school, I saw the whole gang waiting for me. I walked right passed them and tried not to cry as I locked eyes with Harry.
