Meeting Cassandra!
Gray and stormy clouds were placed in the sky the next morning. I resisted the urge to stay in bed and go back to sleep. Slowly, I crawled out of bed and put on a adorable outfit. The outfit was cute and all, but I just didn't feel so happy and bubbly. The memories of last nights events came flooding back to my brain. The kisses....great. I thought in my head what my busy schedule would be today.
1. Breakfast (always weird)
2. Some classes until 12:00 (boring)
3. Training with Peskalese (painful)
4. Training with Drake (AWKWARD!)
5. Probably seeing Louis by the front of the girl dorm (MORE AWKWARD!)
Thinking about it, I had nothing to look forward to today. I mean training with Drake had been a lot of fun. (that is now ruined) Louis and I were actually able to pass by each other. (impossible now) I am 15 and I have the whole entire world resting on my shoulders. I wanted to go back home were I could go back to regular school and not have to worry about dying at. my school dances. I stripped down and changed into some really comfortable clothes.

I put on a hat and sunglasses just to hid me from the world. Anna Walters was walking out of the other bathroom when I quickly walked over to here.
"Hey Anna, can you give something to Professor Peskalese?" I asked sweetly. Anna wasn't one for doing favors, so I better put my happy voice on. She hesitated for a minute and squinted her eyes.
"Sure...what do you want me to take?" Anna asked. I ripped a piece of paper from a journal from a nearby bed. I quickly scribbled down that I was taking a day off. I folded up the piece and handed it over to Anna. She took it and walked away. I left everything that anyone could use to contact me. I silently left the dorms towards a window in the hallway.
If I checked out at the desk the ladies would give me a time that I needed to be back. SO I just unhooked a window and slipped out into a bush. I landed with a loud thunk. I crawled out of the shrub picking off little branches or leaves on my shirt. I didn't really know what I was doing, I just wanted to be away from my life right now. I slowly walked into the forest next to our school. My feet just placed each other, one after another. It felt great to have my mind off of things. I smelt wet flowers, like when you rub a flower petal to much. I could hear the creek nearby, making huge crashing sounds as it hit the rocks. Branches of trees fell before me as I quietly pushed them away.
After what felt like hours of walking, I pushed a branch away only to find a abandoned spot. No trees or bushes. The ground was covered with grass and flowers. All of them were alive and perky. I could see droplets of water on each petal of the flowers. I grinned widely, this was the spot I was looking for. Something in my mind had kept telling me to walk. Now I know why.
I walked into the army of flowers. The water that laid on the petals was attaching itself to the bottom of my pants making where they touched dark. I plucked a flower and sniffed it until my nose got tired. My spine tingled with chills, this all felt...
Easy? No.
Rough? No.
Relaxing? BINGO.
My whole entire life I had to fight for anything I wanted. In here I felt like I could just throw it away and let the world take care of itself. Suddenly, I heard a sudden movement behind me. I abruptly turned around to see who I was facing. Every single thought that I had thrown away came back. Thrashing its way into my brain, trying to remind that I still had work to do. A young female stood in front of me. She was about 15 feet away, but I could still see her fairly well. She had long blonde hair. Her makeup was pretty dark and she had a slumped posture. She seemed almost....bored.
"I see you have found my spot." The Blondie said.
"Not really yours to take." I shot back. My voice was stern, but inside I was tumbling down. She saw me at my weakest point. Venerable....I was actually relaxing, I didn't have my guard up. She smirked and bit her lip.
"Your right...this place belongs to the forest." The Blondie said.
"So what's your name Blondie?" I asked.
"Cassandra, Cassandra Jones." Cassandra said. I looked t here and suddenly realized who she was.
"You go to our school." I said. Trying not to sound shocked.
"Yup...I have heard a lot about you. Kelsey Blake." Cassandra said my name so oddly that I didn't think it was my name. "I have also seen a lot from you. I honestly love they way you fight. It is very intriguing to see you take down your opponents. I think we will be great friends." Cassandra said.
"Who said anything about friends?"
"Admit it, you want a friend that is a girl. You are getting tired off having to spend every minute of every day doing...whatever you doing." It was almost as if she read my mind. Spilling out some of my frustrations out loud so the world could hear. I nodded glumly and sank down to my shins.
I dropped my head into my lap and let everything I was thinking spill into the flowers. I could hear a rustle of movement. The cold air on my back suddenly become colder. I could tell that Cassandra was standing over me. Her cold hands touched my shoulders, she was a vampire so her whole entire body was cold. She pulled on my shoulders so we were face to face. She smiled a sympathetic smile.
"You need some one in your life who can take care of themselves in a battle. You also need a girl to talk to about every thing that is going on with your life. Let me help you." Cassandra whispered in my ear. She voice sent chills up my spine. I felt like a helpless human being. I nodded slowly. I have seen her fight before. She wasn't as good as me or Drake, but she could take down her opponent. Thunder boomed above us. Suddenly raindrops started to fall on us. Cassandra smiled a little smile, but it had much meaning. She helped me stand up and we walked together out of the field of flowers and into the forest. We didn't talk much as we approached the school building.
I walked towards the window I crawled out of and noticed a wide window next to it. I glanced over and saw Cassandra grinning. We both snuck out the same way. We both crawled in the windows and made our ways to the dorms.
In front of the dorm was a huge crowd of people. Frantic and worried whispers were everywhere around me. I shoved my way through the crowd. I made my way towards the front. On the ground was a body with a bunch of school nurses around it. I couldn't see at first but when a large school nurse moved and I could see the persons face. I gasped and fell towards the ground.
