Is This True Love or Have I Gone Mad?
It's a Date (Part Three)
We get to the fifth floor. I turn and smile. Niall smiles back.
"Who was texting you?" he asks.
"Multiple friends." I reply.
"Oh, okay."
"Niall, are you okay?"
"Yeah, just, um, I'll just tell you later."
"Okay, see you at 7:30."
"See you then." He says. I walk to my room. I open the door to see Louis. My smile fades away.
"We need to talk." Is all he says.
"Louis, there's nothing to talk about. I'm not suppose to tell you this, but Niall and I are getting together later to watch Grease." I say confidently. He stares at me blankly.
"D- do y- you mean y- you are to- to- together?" He asks, now turning pale.
"I don't know. We're going to see how it goes tonight." I respond.
-Louis' POV-
NO, NOT MY GIRL!!!!!!!!! That Leprechaun always gets the girl with his adorableness and such.
"Louis, you could have changed this, but instead you lead me to believe that we could actually be together before I was even close to being with your friend. I guess it took Niall having enough courage to ask me out for you to realize you want me too." She says.
"I didn't get the chance to, April. You don't know how much I wanted to kiss you on the Ferris wheel, but it started again. Then I thought 'maybe it would be better if I did it when we get off' but by the time I was off you were gone. I don't know how i could want to be with you so bad when I've just met you, but I do and everything that comes with you." I argue back.
"Louis...-" She starts to sigh my name. She can make any words sound perfect just by saying them.
I cut her off, "I didn't come here to fight with you. I came here to do what I didn't before." I say before quickly walking over to her and kissing her. I put my hand on her cheek and stroke it with my thumb, but she pulls away.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"Niall asked me first. He's a good guy, and won't hurt me, so I'm not going to hurt him." She says.
"April, I won't hur-" I try to say before she cuts me off.
"You already have," she says to replace my sentence, "Now please leave, I need to get ready."
"Bye, I guess." I say as I walk out the door. I'm so confused. I have no clue what we are to each other anymore, or at least what I am to her because to me she's the one girl I truly love with all my heart. Either that, or I've gone mad.
-April's POV-
I feel bad for multiple reasons, for one Louis wanted to be with me and I said no, but it was he's the one that took too long. I guess I should get dressed.
I get dressed in a thin white long sleeved shirt, with an undershirt of course, skinny jeans, and my boots. It's 7:25 by the time I'm done, so I put my hair in a side ponytail that lays on my shoulder. 7:30, I walk down the hall and bang on Niall's door to his room. He opens the door almost immediately and looks at me up and down. He waves his hand to allow me inside.
"You look... Wow." Niall says.
"You look good, too." I giggle.
"So I'll put in the movie?" He says looking nervous.
"Sure, I'll make popcorn, if that's okay?" I ask not wanting to intrude.
"Sure." He smiles, so wonderfully. I can tell Niall and I are going to have a good time watching movies tonight.
