"Ines, how do I look?" I asked her twirling around in my new clothes. http://www.polyvore.com/23/set?id=88219392
"Hot. But that's not a surprise, is it?" She winked at me before focusing on some exposed skirts.
"I should come shopping with someone impartial…" I rolled my eyes. "But you're right, it does look good so I'm gonna buy it."
"Finally then we can get away of here." She threw her hands in the hair.
"God Ines, what's wrong with you today? You're so grumpy."
"Sorry, Mary came to visit."
"Who?" I asked confused.
"My period." She stated.
"Oh that…" I acknowledged what she meant. "You know what's good for that? Ice cream!" I clapped happily grudging her out of the store after buying some clothes.

My mouth was hanging as I observed, completely shocked, Ines eating… well I correct… devouring her ice creme while I was still on my first bite.
"What?" She looked at me licking her spoon.
"Since when do you eat like that?" I pointed at her now empty bowl.
"I was really craving for ice cream."
"Yeah well if you weren't on your period I'd say your pregnant."
"Please don't scare me." Her eyes widened.
"Why?" I chuckled. "Is there any chance of you being pregnant?"
"No!" She immediately said. "I think…"
"Then there's nothing to worry about." I smiled reassuringly.
"Well in that perspective you could be pregnant too, you were the one mentioning the ice cream first."
"That's physically impossible, I haven't.. you know.. in three months so if I were pregnant I'd know by now." I stated grabbing another bite of my still to eat ice cream.
"Oh I'm sorry to bring that up." She immediately regretting her words.
"Don't worry, it's fine really." I assured.
"I shouldn't have made you think about har- him."
"Ines it's fine, I'm over it okay? We're not kids anymore to hide those things."
"I know but it really affected you." She insisted.
"Yes it did." I sighed. "But break-ups happen and when it does we cry but then move on and that's what I did."
"Do you still have feelings for him?" For someone who didn't want to bring that up she was insisting a lot. I opened my mouth but was interrupted by my phone ringing in my wallet. I quickly took it sling my thumb across it.
"Hello?"
"Hey Mia it's Filipe, how are you?"
"Oh hi Filipe, I'm good. What about you?" As I said his name, Innes' head immediately snapped up.
"Yeah. Listen, remember the movie we were talking about the other day?"
"Yeah…" I trailed off.
"It premiers tomorrow, do you wanna go see it?" He asked eagerly.
"Ehm yeah why not?" I shrugged.
"What if I pick you up at 7. Is that okay?"
"Yeah sure."
"Nice. I'll text you later then. Bye." He said happily.
"Bye." I hung up.
"Were you talking to who I think you were talking?" She eyed me suspiciously.
"Yes."
"What does Fiipe want?"
"He asked me to go to the movies tomorrow."
"And you're going?" She sounded surprised.
"Yeah."
"You are weird." She shook her head.
"I really wanna see that movie." I defended myself.
"I'm not talking about it, it's your relation."
"What about it?" I questioned.
"I don't know, since you and Harry broke up you're closer to Filipe and you've been talking a lot lately."
"Well we're friends."
"But you were so angry at him, he left you broken hearted." She whispered.
"I know but now I see things from another perspective, maybe it happened because we weren't meant to be back then."
"And now you are?" She cruised her eyebrow.
"What is this, a quiz?" I stood up annoyed and payed for our snack.
"It's just weird this whole situation, you have to admit it." She said following me to the car.
"Whatever." I rolled my eyes. " When are you taking your driver's license anyways?"
"And miss the chance of having you driving me? No way."
"Ah ah funny. Your boyfriend drives too, you should give him some use."
"And I do." She smirked.
"Ehh gross!" I scrunched my face.
After dropping Ines home from our exhausting shopping day I went home and laid on the bed tiredly. The good thing is I can rest all I want as we're currently on our christmas break from university.
Boringly I grabbed my phone and clicked on the twitter app scrolling down through it completely freely.That's when the light popped up indicating I had a new private message. I opened it carelessly... but then I saw the name on it.

It's amazing how you know my writing and that I don't do happily ever after which is true but I don't think I've ever mentioned that (?)
And yes, I'm replying 6 months later, sorry.
I do envision the next step after that last chapter ended but that, of course, is gonna stay in my head. :)
