The Right Road to Love
Chapter 13
Jenna P.O.V
"Hello." Alyssa started. She was facing a counter lady. The lady looked so sophisticated with her glasses and work outfit. Her pencil skirt looking magnificent.
"You must be our new ladies. Miss Carder, and Miss Sanders correct?" the lady replied. Alyssa nodded, I didn't do anything. I was still thinking about Zayn. I was afraid to tell him the truth, I didn't really love him. I was afraid to get hurt while loving someone.
"Go through the doors, and turn a left." the lady instructed pointing to the see through glass door. Alyssa took my hand and led us there. Alyssa pushed through the door and I followed along, our contact not letting go. We went into a gigantic room with a few designers in there already.
"Hello! You must be the new fashionistas' here. I'm Diana, the head designer here." Diana introduced herself offering us a hand. I shook her hand and Alyssa did too.
"One day you might be head designer! Just design your best and never give up!" Diana said smiling. She was so nice. Diana gestured us to follow her and then she started showing us the clothing that she designed. I was mesmerized, my jaw opened through out the whole tour. She had tops, blouses, graphic t-shirts, and so much more.
"You get to keep one for free! Any thing you want. But only one." she offered.
"Really? Oh my god, this is going to be so hard Diana!" I finally spoke. Diana shrugged grinning and let us choose our clothing. I pulled out a dress and looked at myself in the mirror behind me.
Perfect.
I carried it along with me while I followed Diana to another room, which wasn't that big as the other one.
"Here is your office Miss Sanders and Carder." she said. I smiled at how our office looked. I was on the left, and Alyssas' was on the right. Just like our rooms. A wall divided us. Our offices had all of the cloths and fabric and everything.
"Do you ladies have some experience on clothing design?" Diana asked.
"I have some, Alyssa knows a little." I replied.
"That's good enough. You ladies have to take three months of classes before you can actually start publishing clothing." Diana explained.
"Through that time, you girls will learn the basics of designing, how to design, which material to use, and some background information on the history of designing." Diana continued. Alyssa and I nodded, trying to take in what she just said. This was going to be fun.
"For pretty ladies like you, we're going to assign you Mr. Larrence, our number one design teacher yet!" Diana happily said. I ran up and hugged her, she was wonderful.
"Thank you so much!" Alyssa thanked her.
"No problem hun. Mr. Larrence is going to come in a bit. Since this is your first day, he'll be easy on you. That's enough of explaining, I'll see you two later in the day." Diana finished.
"Bye!" Alyssa and I said in sync. We waved bye and she left. Alyssa and I faced each other, she grinned a huge grin and sat down on her chair.
"So comfy!" she said. I laughed and sat on mine. I couldn't wait for this day.
