How was Tyler Oakley immature? He was just stating that he was disappointed in Liam's tweet. I'm a Liam girl, but personally, I'm disappointed in Liam. His "rant" was extremely immature. He should have just not said anything. Maybe one tweet explaining things but he didn't have to go on that rampage.
Yeah yeah i see exactly what youre saying. After i posted this i went and investigated the situation more on twitter and pinterest and i think its just gotten out of hand. They both said some hurtful things. Liam had a right to defend himself and Tyler had a right to stand up for what he believes in. There was a misunderstanding; a mistake that could've happened between anyone. Was is it taken too far? Yes. That was the media being the typical overdramatic media. Tyler doesnt deserve death threats for it. I think we all just need to let it calm down :/ i apologize for my earlier rant. I was incredibly upset this morning but my views have changed.

It's okay. I was ranting earlier to my family as well--just on the opposition. And I totally agree. People are taking this way too far. There are BIGGER problems in our world than this. But just like my dad said, "Sadly, for some people, this is their world."

I agree with you on your first thing. Im very disappointed in Tyler for saying something like that. He shouldn't have said anything at all. Im proud of Liam for sticking up for himself because he was just pissed a hell and needed to let it all out to the fandom. I think Tyler was kicked out of the fandom by Liam.

I just think that if Tyler would've contacted Liam privately and truly discussed what was going on and didnt tweet about it for the world to see none of this wouldve happened

No one can kick anyone out of a fandom. I think if anything, Tyler left the fandom. Honestly, Liam is just acting like a spoiled rich kid and it's really bothering me. He's being really immature.

I don't think Tyler can contact him privately so I he probably just did it publicly. I don't know him personally but I think he just thought everyone should see it. It probably wasn't the best idea but he doesn't deserve any of this.

I just think he shouldn't have said anythin and kept his mean opinions to himself, you know? because now the fandom is like crumbling. Liam is acting like a rich kid, he is just angry because people are talking crap about him when he didn't do anything and he is just sick of it all and needed to let it all out so everyone would know. Hes tired of all the games, and he lost it. If I were in his shoes, I would be exactly the same, if not even worse.

But what Tyler said wasn't "mean." It was just showing that he was disappointed and confused. That's not mean. That's just his feelings. We shouldn't negate his feelings. When I saw Liam's tweet, I had the same reaction--and I'm a Liam girl! I'm strongly against homophobia so therefore, I don't care for the Robertson's--they anger me. And by Liam tweeting Willie, saying he supports them and he's a fan can be taken in some many different ways. If Liam didn't want backlash, he shouldn't have added fuel to the fire. If he's acting like this over the media, then he needs a thicker skin. My philosophy is, if you don't stand up for what's right, you're silently agreeing.
And I totally agree with Shane Dawson when he said that it's ridiculous that a lot of Directioners are threatening to kill or bullying Tyler. That's being hypocritical and stupid and mean.

Wrong, he could've just DM-ed him. (Not the point) im honestly just so sick of hearing about this (im aware i stared this convo. Not the best idea). There was a misunderstanding like i said before. Liam has EVERY right to defend himself. He is not acting like a spoiled rich kid c'mon now. If someone was accusing you of believing in something you didnt youre telling me you wouldnt explode at them? AND the entire world was in on it so you wouldnt defend yourself in that way? He had EVERY right to do that. BUT. Tyler ALSO had a right to stand up for what he believes in. I wouldve done something too (probs not on twitter though) just to get it all cleared up. The MEDIA made it about homophobia so everyone needs to just chill.
So idk about you guys but my morning started with seeing the shit drama on Twitter with Liam and Tyler Oakley. I love Tyler. Hes hilarious but his immaturity pissed me off so much this morning. Liam is saying management is gonna be mad he was swearing WELL SCREW THEM!!! If you have a Twitter go tweet to Liam and tell him that everyone is supporting him and he should know we're proud of him for sticking up for himself. Seriously so over how the media makes complete shit over nothing. Just because theyre big and famous doesnt mean you have to go documenting their life and make a big fucking deal over nothing!!! THANKS FOR FUCKING THIS UP TYLER!!!
