Why is this thing so dead?

Seriously, guys...
I joined One Direction Fan Fiction like in May and it was so full of life then...
now it's like nothing...
I know people are out there cuz the stories keep getting updated.
But I noticed this with many stories...
no one is reading the new ones that come out, no one's commenting that often, no one's voting...
There are some stories out there with like 6, 7 chapters and 0 views, 0 comments, 0 subscribers, 0 ratings.
Before when a new story was put up there would be like 5 comments on just the first chapter and 10 subscribers...
What's going on?
I feel so lonely...

I think it's just because everyone is really busy with real life and stuff and they don't have time to be on here as much. Or maybe they just found another site to read stories on or something. Anything is possible really.

i think its because school started.

Might be due to plagiarised work.

It might be because a lot of people are in school.

I'd say school. Weekends usually are busy.
