Help! I've been plagerised!

So someone on this site is plagerising a story I am writing, and have posted on another site. They posted the first two chapters of my story, claiming it was their own, so I messaged the "author" asking them to please take it down, a week or so later, I still had no response to said message, and my story was still posted by this person. So then I left a comment on the story asking the person to take it down, and then I included a link to the actual story OVER A MONTH AGO. And the story is still up! Will someone please help me get it taken down??? Here is the link to the plagerised copy of my story, "The Boy Next Door":

Where is the original story link?

If you click on the plagerised copy link and look in the comments under the story u can find it. It takes you straight to OneDirectionFanfiction.com and to her story.

Oh my goodness!! I have the same problem. I'm a well-known author and despite several threats, they still have not removed my story and are still claiming it as their own work. This makes me very mad. But we have rights! They use Adsense and we can actually have Google and other search engines shut them down. The WHOLE site. Don't worry. We'll get 'em. This cannot be allowed. This is the link to my story that have stolen, written down poorly enough that there are many errors, cut out heaps as well and changed pretty much only a name. LINK

Guys, if that ever happens again contact them on tumblr (1dffofficial.tumblr.com) or to to the forum (you have to register first) and look for the plagiarism thread.
I can promise you they'll delete the story asap. 1DFF.com is the main site where I publish (apart from tumblr) and most of us there have been plagiarized before, so we know how much it sucks. (My story, for example, was published by someone else on wattpad.)
Working together is always the best Solution, we all have the same Enemy - plagiarizer!
