Personal rant - I'm happy for Liam

OK, this is just a rant that I need to get out. It's been bursting to come out for the last half an hour, I can't stop myself now.

So, I woke up and went on Tumblr to see pictures of Liam and Cheryl, and she definitely looks like she has a baby bump. I started reblogging the pictures, saying how happy I was for them and how happy they looked together. And then, I saw some rather not-so-nice posts from anonymous people, blaming Liam for not using a condom and for criticising both Liam and Cheryl for moving too fast into their relationship. Sure, they did start dating just this year but hey, I've never seen Liam look so happy. The way he smiles at her when she's not looking...it's beautiful. He really does adore her and I'm happy that he's happy. If Cheryl is pregnant, then I say congratulations. I think they're going to make great parents. I mean, come on, Liam as a dad? How cute is that? Remember, he's Daddy Direction. I just hate it when fans are so unsupportive. Liam's allowed to do what he wants to do. It's his life and he's an adult. It's the same with Louis when he said he was going to be a dad. Everyone flipped out. Louis is going on 25, he's a grown-up and I can see that he cares for his son so much. Liam is only 23 but people have had kids younger so I don't see the problem here. Sure, Cheryl may be 10 years his senior but age doesn't matter. If they're in love, let them be in love. Leave them alone.

I'm not surprised that they didn't respond to the pregnancy rumours, after what happened to Louis and Briana (that's still going on, seriously?!). I can't believe people go so deep as to say that there are TWO fake babies now. If you say that, I'm sorry but you're not a true fan of the boys. True fans will be there for the boys through everything and respect their decisions. When Harry gets engaged or married or has kids, I will be so happy for him. Harry being in love and being a dad melts my heart tbh and it's the same for about Liam. I think he's going to be a great father and treat his child like gold. I can imagine Freddie and Liam's child going out on play dates, becoming best friends, earning "uncles" in the other 1D boys. So just leave Liam and Cheryl alone. Let them be happy and let them be excited for parenthood.

Right, rant over. Sorry if I annoyed any of you but why did you click on this forum? Bottom line is that I am extremely happy for Liam and Cheryl and I wish them all the luck in the world!

You're so sweet, with how passionate and caring you are it really shows through your words. I knew you'd be on board with Liam and Cheryl.

As for me, I've always been a fan of Cheryl, she's been through quite a lot and it's always been shown through the media - I feel a bit sorry for her past. So I'm quite relieved that she's landed on her feet with such a beautiful guy - my gosh the happiness in their eyes can get a bit too much ;)
I think if they want a baby, marriage, move in together etc then so be it, it doesn't bother me because it doesn't affect my life. People in the world deserve to be happy, there's far too much negativity and bitching in the world - I really get fed up with it. I may not have thought they'd ever be a couple, with the age difference I would never have guessed She'd go for a younger guy. To be honest I'd be really fed up if people said me and my partner shouldn't be together or shouldn't have children.

Anyway, I'm glad they're happy though, everyone deserves a bit of happiness! xc

Thanks, lovely! I like to spread as much love around as possible because there is too much negativity in this world.

I will admit, I'm not the biggest fan of Cheryl but that doesn't mean I don't think she doesn't deserve happiness. She's very lucky to have Liam and it's quite clear that they love each other, the looks on their faces and the smiles on their lips :) Age doesn't matter and if they want to have a life together, let them do it. I honestly believe their child will be brought up well and I wish them lots of love and happiness xx

I like how well she's doing, she lost a dramatic amount of weight and looked quite vulnerable even though we know she's quite feisty on the inside! So I think it's wonderful how healthy she is now, Liam is obviously making her see what love is really about as she hasn't had much luck in the past poor soul. Could you imagine their child? It will be bloody gorgeous! xx

She does look amazing and I wish her a normal healthy pregnancy. Liam cherishes her, I can tell and that melts my heart. Their baby is going to be beautiful! I'm sure he/she will be best buds with Freddie because why not? :) xx

Totally agree. Its obviously their lives, and as long as they are happy, thats all that matters. Sometimes i wish i could knock some sense into the conspiracy theorists lol

I'm happy for Liam, too. I think everyone will always have an opinion regardless whether it's a positive or negative one. All that matters is that he's happy and doing what he truly wants. I like Cheryl, she seems like a nice lady. Age is nothing but a number.

I agree. With Briana, yeah, we never saw a bump, but there's no denying that Freddie is a real and alive baby. Also a very adorable one at that. But with Cheryl, the bump and the joy is obvious. Let them be happy, great parents!

I Am so happy for them both. When you look at the pictures of them they are so very happy and so much in love. And kudos to his sister for telling people mind their own business. I think Liam is going to be an awesome daddy :)
