Me and my ex dated for two years and in March he said he wanted to split up so he could give his ex another chance - I told him that's fine. I'd dodged a bullet and I knew if he was still in love with his ex there was no chance of me acting like a drama queen trying to get him back I haven't contacted him since we split. He took all his things so I wouldn't have to give them back.
Fast forward to July and I've met someone - this guy is a total keeper, he opens doors, he pays for things, his parents adore me and mine adore him - They even adore each other, so much so that we're spending Christmas together this year. My ex won't leave me alone now I've found someone new, I blocked his number but he keeps texting me (I didn't realise he had a new number and I do not respond to his messages)
There's no way I can change my phone number because my place of work has it. And to change it would mean some ugly paperwork. As I mentioned before I've not made one ounce of contact with him - I don't even read his messages, I just delete them straight away. I'm perfectly happy with my new relationship.
I'm sorry about this. I just need to get this all out of my system.
