How the hell??

You know sometimes I go through this site and see people with like, a couple hundred votes.... even a hundred is alot I'm mean shit.. and I'm sitting his like, how the hell do you people do that... I didn't even know there was like one hundred people on this site...

Anyways if anyone has any explanations to this madness, it would be much appreciated...
