Know that you're stuck with you at the end of the day so screw him. And when he acts like a bitch, be the bigger and better bitch he's jealous of :D Plus the cool thing about guys is there's billions of them. So you're bound to find another you'll like (maybe even like MORE) eventually.
I also recommend upbeat party songs, La Dispute, Hinder, and Death Cab For Cutie during these times. Maybe a little Theory of a Deadman too.

You say that you are still friends right? I'm friends with all of my exes as well. Honestly, everyone needs something different to help them over a relationship. Maybe you just need to rant about what happened to make it end, or what's been going on ever since. That's what always makes me feel better.. Just getting it all off of my chest to another person. Feel free to private message me if you just want to rant and we can go from there. For now, be proud of who you are and who you want to be. No woman should ever feel like they need a guy or the need to rely on one. The best advice I have is to not dwell on it; get it off your chest whenever you need to and keep living your life as you feel you should.

Just out of curiosity, how old are you? Cos like, your high school years (if you're that old) mean EVERYTHING. But only in that moment ;P if you're still in high school, take a breath and ask if this will seriously mean anything to you in ten years. If not, don't worry :D it's just the tension of the moment bringing you down

Whatever you gotta do. Just remember it's surprisingly NOT the end of the world, it just feels like it. So that's something I guess lol
Write a story about the break up :D it'll help you vent and give you a chance to spit out all the nasty comebacks you wish you would've said at the moment it actually happened. And just use whichever members you need to fill in the blanks.
