Incest?

Okay so, my mom and step dad are engaged. My step dad has a little cousin that's probably 3 years older than me. My mom will tease me about she's going to hook me up with him but says shes joking. And tbh, I have a crush on that guy and theres rumors that he likes me too. However, is it incest? I mean, the guy is like my step uncle lol.

Well a step uncle would imply he's your step dads bro. He's a step-first-cousin-once-removed. And technically because you're not blood, it's not incest. There will be no little Wrong Turn babies to come from it.

But if it weirds you out that much, then you can just try walking away? :O

Incest implies that it's a member of your immediate/extended family. And by the way he's not your step-dad until your Mother marries him, right now he's just your Mother's Fiance. And as for a "Little Cousin" That sounded creepy to me because I envisioned a four year old

wait... i totally re-read over this again and realized you said cousin not brother - so no, definitely no incest. even if your mom and her fiance got married, it's still not incest.
