Advice?

Hello all! I was seeking advice on cover making, and I was wondering if any of you lovely people could help a sister out. I really wanted to make my own cover for my story, but I'm finding it a little difficult. I don't know the dimensions to use and how to make it all center on the cover photo of the fan fiction. Any advice?

Also this can be a chat for general advice if anyone's feeling chatty! ;P

I recommend using the app PS Touch (Adobe Photoshop) it's an amazing photoshop app that I use all the time to create photos and story covers for my stories. The app literally has everything you'll need.

dimensions for the story covers work best at:
680px width by 200px height.
