Personally, I would ignore that kind of behavior. My sister agrees with me. It could just be an age thing (cos you know; girls mature faster and what not).
What you do depends on you.
if you want to pursue a chance for a relationship by all means we are willing to give advice but honestly from someone older, just have fun at 14. You have the rest of your life to worry about boys.

It's alright. Personally, I'd just say something if I were you. It can even go one of two ways. 1) he likes you and you guys start dating or 2) he's just being a pain in the ass and you can knock him away and focus on other things (even other boys).

But I'm really shy, and his family won't let him date till he's 16 anyways. but I wouldn't know what to say...

Well if this family won't let him date perhaps he's just doing all this to try and test the boundaries.

Sometimes isn't all the time though. From personal experience, I would just chill and go with the flow. If he can't date until he's 16's and he's not 16 yet just wait until that time comes and if he still seems interested just ask him out on a group date with friends so that you've got people around you incase things go wrong. :)

So..... i'm 14 and he's 15. He's really cute and talented and amazing... sorry anyways. He always picks on me... so my first question is...
Do I pick on him back or ignore it? I have been picking on him back, but I don't know.
Ok, next: I can play guitar, piano and violin. And I can sing. He can play piano, violin, guitar and banjo.
So, I've noticed every time I go over there (his mom gives me violin lessons, great right! :note the sarcasm:) He always gets out his guitar when i'm there, I've played guitar for 6 years and he knows it, I just started playing violin and he also knows that. He even played when I was trying to talk..
Is it good that he shows off? And is it showing off or not?
I don't know what to do, does he like me back or not?
