I'm just frustrated because there's this guy that is going to the same college as me next year and he lives 3 hours away. We've been talking for the past 3 or 4 months and he decided he was going to do a tennis tournament in a city close to my home town and then we were going to hang out afterwards and blah blah blah and then it basically all fell through because my parents had a few questions and he didn't even seem upset about it....

Well we're not official or anything but yeah they screwed up the day we had planned and now theres slight tension when we talk and it pisses me off

Don't view it as tension; you've got to see/think about it from his perspective; he could just be really disappointed. Brief cut in from my boyfriend but he's just pointed out to me once again that women need to stop over thinking and over analyzing things - men don't do this, they just go with the flow.

Give him a couple of days to chill and then try talking again xx
