Here's a rough gist of it all.
G = Nothing that would offend parents of young readers. Contains no violence, sex, drug usage or references, adult themes or language.
PG = The same as above but with a little sex, violence and language being included.
R = restricted. An R-rated story may have in it or include adult themes, adult activity, hard language, intense or persistent violence, sexually-oriented nudity, drug abuse or other elements.
N-17 = obviously 17+ years of age for viewing. Contains violence, sex, aberrational behavior, drug abuse or any other element that most parents would consider too strong and therefore "off-limits" for viewing by young. children.

You have to get a url for it first (try uploading it to like tinypic.com) and then insert it as an image.
