Opinions!

Okay, I know this isn't really 1D themed, but, I want to know people's opinions on a story I'm writing on a different site.

So, tell me how you like it?

Thanks!

Chapter 1: Sarah

I sat in my chair, chewing my spearmint gum, popping another one in my mouth. I looked across the room. Sam was sitting in front of me, staring outside longingly. Quinn was twirling his pencil around, and some other people were rather sleeping, or on the verge of sleeping. I sighed, lying back. I looked forward, pretending to listen to the teacher. He was writing quickly on the board, his back turned from us.
"And, so, this is why..." He trailed off, disappearing all of a sudden. I looked around. Everyone was looking confused as I was.
"Uh, where did the teacher go?" A girl named Kayla asked. I shrugged.
"Probably got too caught up in his 'physics'." I joked, trying to lighten the mood a little bit, making a few kids laugh.
"Sarah, seriously," Sam said, turning to me, "this is serious."
"Sorry to ruin your wave, Bus Boy." I said. My best friend Kelsey snickered. The door opened, and Astrid the Genius walked in. Sam stood up right when he saw her. I rolled my eyes, kicking my feet up on the now open chair in front of me. He didn't even notice. Or care. Too caught up in his out-of-his-league girlfriend.
"Did your teacher disappear too?"
"Y-y-yeah. He poofed." He stuttered.
"Get on with it. You know you want to." I said, only loud enough for him to hear. He turned to me, eyes wide, cheeks red.
"Let's go check the teacher's lounge." Astrid said.
"I thought they called you, 'Astrid the Genius'. If the teacher poofed, and got to choose where he wanted to go, he wouldn't go to the teacher's lounge. He'd leave the country." She glared at me. Her face screaming "Superior". I rolled my eyes, looking away.
"Okay, go and enjoy your 'privacy'." A few people behind me tried to stifle their laughs. I smiled. They left the classroom. I looked outside, finally noticing the ocean, not raging with waves anymore.
